REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ANNOUNCEMENT
Title: 20-10 Real Estate Economics Consulting Services
Deadline: 2pm on 11/6/2020
The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) for REAL ESTATE ECONOMICS CONSULTING (Services) for the Transbay Transit Center Program (Program) from firms or individuals with expertise in real estate valuation, real estate market research and analysis, tax increment projections, public-private real estate transactions, and developer agreements. The TJPA seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide a variety of real estate economics and evaluation services on an on-going as-needed basis.
Proposals in PDF (Portable Document Format) or a link to the PDF file on a file share site must be received by the TJPA no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2020.
Proposals submitted electronically should be emailed to RFP@tjpa.org by the proposal due date. Responses that are not received by the time and date specified or do not contain all the required information and completed forms shall be deemed non-responsive and rejected without consideration.
Questions may be submitted to RFP@tjpa.org by the Submission of Questions deadline no later than 2:00 pm Pacific Time on Friday, October 16, 2020.
CALIFORNIA AMERICAN WATER
California Water Association, a trade organization representing all of the regulated water utilities in California is looking for a diverse vendor to lead and coordinate the following:
Unconscious Bias Discussion / Training – During the week of November 2nd, CWA holds its annual fall seminar. Due to Covid-19, this year’s event will be virtual. We are dedicating one of the days to a diversity, equity, and inclusion session. We are in search of CPUC certified diverse vendor to lead a 90 minute unconscious bias discussion and training session. Virtual session could include upwards of 200 people.
Gather Current Status of Seven Class A Water Utilities Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Efforts – We are in search of a CPUC certified diverse vendors interested in conducing DEI audit at each of the seven CWA Class A water utilities to gather information and afterward consolidate finding and make recommendations to consider as best practices. The vendor will be responsible for developing audit questions and discussing with CWA Diversity Council prior to conducting these virtual information gathering sessions. Vendor would likely interview each utility's human resources lead, president, and/or diversity lead.
