AGC of California Celebrates Best of the Best in the Construction Industry

The BuildOUT California ‘crew’ joined the AGC of California to celebrate their Annual Installation & Awards Gala held on Friday, February 2 at the historic Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco where we held a ‘pre-event’ reception at the infamous Tonga Lounge. BuildOUT California, with the support from ANCO Iron & Construction, couldn’t keep up with the demand for tickets to our sponsored tables for the event.  Next year we’ll have 3 tables (or more)!

The Gala Event was presented by Procore

We congratulate Steve Rule, Turner Construction, for his ascension to the role of President of the Board of Directors of the AGC of California. Steve has been a remarkable champion for an inclusive workforce for decades and was pivotal in producing the first public works outreach event in the United States to engage the LGBT construction community back in 2013 with the TJPA’s Salesforce Transit Center project.
