Meet Leon Etchepare: a Northern California farmer who works 60-80 hour weeks planting, harvesting, and managing the family farm where he resides with his husband Andrew and their two children. Leon and Andrew’s unique experiences with overcoming challenges and preserving through adversity is similar to those of LGBTQ construction workers. Our ‘hard hats’ are off to these two gentlemen and to the team who produced their inspiring story.
