Turner Construction has a long, positive and consistent history of working with underrepresented business enterprises (UBEs). We not only believe in a diverse workforce as a guiding principle but, most importantly, we focus on achieving results and seeing real impact in the UBE community. As a leading builder, it is our responsibility to positively influence and engage UBEs who do not have an equal footing. We take not only our diversity goals seriously, but also those of our clients.

DOING BUSINESS WITH TURNER

Any subcontractor working for Turner Construction Company, or interested in working on a future project with Turner, must also be prequalified in order to be awarded a contract. We offer support throughout the process and encourage you to prequalify today.

Consultants, Service Providers, Engineers, Architects, Vendors, Suppliers, Tier-Subs do not need to prequalify with Turner.

To initiate the pre-qualification process, visit www.turnerconstruction.com/sub-contractors. For a detailed pre-qualification guide, click here.

Are you already prequalified (or not sure)? Need to update an existing prequalification? Contact us for assistance.

Our commitment to removing barriers for UBEs is exemplified through our Turner School of Construction Management (TSCM) training program. Offered in the Spring and Fall, this free 7-week course is designed to prepare diverse, women-owned, veteran/disabled, LGBTQ, and small business contractors for future business opportunities. This unique education program supports firms to improve their economic viability by enhancing their managerial, technical and administrative skills. Upon graduation, these UBEs are engaged on future projects and are able to better succeed in the construction industry. Learn more at www.TSCMNorCal.com or www.TSCMSoCal.com.
