BuildOUT California was honored to be asked to moderate a remarkable panel convened by McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. on Thursday, October 19, 2023, as part of Construction Inclusion Week’s focus on Culture. The event was titled: From Pencil to Practice – Inclusive Workplace Culture. This was an ‘all company’ virtual event where we discussed topics such as neurodiversity, mental health, allyship, work/life balance and the importance of building community and supportive workplace connections.
