In June of 2022 Swinerton Builders announced they had been selected, along with their Joint Venture Partner – Rubecon, by Mercy Housing & Openhouse to build an approximately $50-million LGBTQ-Welcoming Affordable Senior Housing Project to be located at 1939 Market Street in San Francisco, California.
Swinerton is committed to the robust utilization of local, small, LGBTQ, minority, and women-owned businesses on this project and their collaboration with BuildOUT California will help to identify those LGBTQ/Allied businesses that can provide value-added services in the construction of this project.
In addition, BuildOUT California will provide technical assistance and support services to the small businesses contracted to work on the project.
