BuildOUT California was honored to have been invited to the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC) Annual Statewide Convention held in Indian Wells near Palm Springs. BuildOUT President Paul Pendergast was a speaker at the conference regarding leading the Cultural Transformation of Small Businesses. Also on the panel were Adam Thongsavat (AirBnB) Mike Limon (CHCC Board of Directors), and Brian Poth (The Source LGBT+ Center). The discussion was moderated by Carlos Mendoza who is Board President of the Tulare Kings Hispanic Chambers of Commerce.
The CHCC has been a long-time collaborator with BuildOUT California and has a strong commitment to the empowerment of LGBTQ businesses and community members. Looking forward to more collaboration with this amazing organization and its leadership!
